LinkedIn Outreach Dashboard

Track your LinkedIn outreach performance - connection requests, messages, response rates, pipeline stages, and recent activity, all in one analytics view.

The LinkedIn Outreach Dashboard is the analytics view for everyone in your CRM whose source is LinkedIn. It shows your top-of-funnel performance - how many connection requests you've sent, how many were accepted, how many messages you've sent, what your response rate is - plus a stage-by-stage overview of where every LinkedIn contact is in your outreach flow.

For the visual stage-tracking view where you move contacts between stages, see LinkedIn Pipeline. For the underlying activity types (LinkedIn message, LinkedIn connection, LinkedIn profile view), see Activities.

PrimeCRM is a Pro feature

Things worth knowing

Time range filter

A dropdown at the top scopes every metric on the page to a specific period:

  • Last 7 days - your most recent week
  • Last 30 days (default) - the past month
  • Last 90 days - the past quarter
  • All time - every LinkedIn activity ever logged

Changing the time range refreshes the metrics, the contacts table, and the recent activities.

Four key metrics

The page shows four headline numbers:

  • LinkedIn Contacts - total contacts whose source is LinkedIn. Clickable - opens the Contacts page.
  • Connections Made - contacts whose connection status is connected, with the count of pending requests.
  • Messages Sent - total LinkedIn messages logged in the selected period, with the count of responses received.
  • Response Rate - percentage of messages sent that received a response.

Stage overview - the 9 outreach stages

A summary panel shows how many contacts are currently in each stage of your LinkedIn outreach:

StageMeaning
ResearchIdentified as a target, no outreach yet
Connection SentConnection request sent, awaiting acceptance
ConnectedRequest accepted
First MessageFirst DM sent after connecting
Awaiting ResponseWaiting for their reply
Follow UpFollow-up message scheduled or sent
In ConversationActive back-and-forth underway
Qualified LeadMatured into a real lead
Not InterestedConversation ended without conversion

Each contact's stage is stored on their record and can be updated from the contact's detail page or from the LinkedIn Pipeline view.

Contacts table - your LinkedIn outreach list

The main table lists every LinkedIn-source contact in your CRM with their current stage, connection status, and last activity date.

Filters:

  • Stage - filter to a specific outreach stage (or show all)
  • Sort - by recent activity (default), name (A–Z), or stage progression (Research → Qualified)

Per-row actions:

  • LinkedIn profile link - opens the contact's LinkedIn profile (if their LinkedIn URL is set in their social links)
  • Log - opens the activity form pre-filled with this contact and the LinkedIn Message type, so you can log a touchpoint in one click

Clicking anywhere else on a row opens the contact's Contact Details page.

Recent LinkedIn activities

A section showing your most recent LinkedIn activities - messages, connections, and profile views - within the selected time range. A See All link takes you to the full Activities page.

The dashboard provides quick navigation to the three other LinkedIn outreach tools:

Isolated CRM mode

When viewing the dashboard in a project's Isolated CRM, all data is scoped to that project's LinkedIn contacts. Metrics, stages, the contacts table, and recent activities reflect only the project's data. If auto-sync is enabled, shared contacts linked to the project are merged in. See Shared vs Isolated CRM.

Common questions

"I want to track who I've messaged this month."

Set the time range to Last 30 days. The Messages Sent metric shows your total. Scroll to the recent activities section to see who specifically.

"I want to find contacts stuck in 'Awaiting Response'."

In the contacts table, set the Stage filter to Awaiting Response and sort by Recent Activity. The contacts with the oldest last activity are the ones to follow up with. Click Log on each to record a follow-up message.

"I want to know if my response rate is improving."

Toggle the time range between Last 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, and All time. Compare the Response Rate across each - a rising recent rate means your latest approach is working.

"I want to log a LinkedIn message without leaving the dashboard."

Find the contact in the table and click Log in their row. The activity form opens pre-filled - add the message details and save. The dashboard refreshes with updated stats.

"How do I make a contact appear on this dashboard?"

A contact appears here as soon as either of two things is true: their Source is set to LinkedIn, or they have a LinkedIn outreach stage assigned to them. Setting the Source is the easiest path when you're adding someone new. Assigning a stage works for contacts you met elsewhere whose Source you'd rather leave as it is. Either path also adds them to the LinkedIn Pipeline.
