Sales Activity Dashboard
The hub for all your sales activity trackers - headline metrics for calls, emails, meetings, demos, and proposals, with click-through to each tracker.
The Sales Activity Dashboard is the central rollup view for your sales activity tracking. It pulls together data from the Call Tracker, Email Tracker, Meeting Tracker, and Deal Pipeline and shows you the headline numbers across all of them: how many calls you made and how many were answered, email response rates, upcoming meetings, demo interest levels, and total proposal pipeline value.
This dashboard is not a tracker itself - it's the sub-hub that links to the four individual trackers. Use it for a 30-second overview, then click through to the specific tracker for detail.
PrimeCRM is a Pro feature
The Sales Activity Dashboard requires a Pro license with CRM enabled. See License Settings.

Things worth knowing
Time range filter
A dropdown at the top of the page scopes every metric to a specific time period:
- Last 7 Days - your most recent week
- Last 30 Days (default) - the past month
- Last 90 Days - the past quarter
- All Time - every sales activity ever logged
Changing the time range refreshes all metrics, detail sections, and the most-active-contacts list.
Five headline metrics - one per activity type
The page shows five key metrics, each clickable to jump to the matching tracker:
- Phone Calls - total calls in the period, with the answer rate (what percentage were answered). Click to open Call Tracker.
- Emails - total emails, with the response rate (what percentage received a reply). Click to open Email Tracker.
- Meetings - total meetings, with the count of upcoming ones. Click to open Meeting Tracker.
- Demos - total demos, with the high-interest rate (what percentage generated strong interest). Click to open Deal Pipeline.
- Proposals - total proposal value across the period, with the win rate (what percentage were accepted). Click to open Deal Pipeline.
Compare time ranges for trends
Check your metrics on Last 7 Days and then switch to Last 90 Days. If your recent rates are higher than your historical rates, your latest tactics are working. If they're lower, it's time to revisit your approach.
Call and email performance detail
Below the headline metrics, two detail sections give you a closer look at calls and emails specifically:
Call Performance - total calls, how many were answered, average call duration, and the answer rate. A link takes you to the full Call Tracker for per-call detail.
Email Performance - total emails, how many received responses, and the response rate. A link takes you to the full Email Tracker.
Why only calls and emails get extra detail
Calls and emails are high-volume activities with multiple useful sub-metrics (duration, answer rate, response time). Meetings, demos, and proposals are lower-volume and have their own tracker pages with richer breakdowns. Click through to those trackers for equivalent depth.
Most active contacts
A leaderboard shows your top contacts by activity count in the selected time range - the people you've had the most touchpoints with. Click any contact to open their Contact Details page.
Find your most engaged prospects
If a contact is high in the list but hasn't moved through your pipeline, that's a signal to either qualify them out or change tactics.
Quick navigation to every tracker
The bottom of the page has quick links to all four trackers - Call Tracker, Email Tracker, Meeting Tracker, and Deal Pipeline. There are intentionally multiple ways to navigate to each tracker from this dashboard so you can jump to whichever one you need without hunting.
How this dashboard relates to other CRM views
| View | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Sales Activity Dashboard (this page) | Cross-tracker rollup. Headline metrics across all sales activity types. Sub-hub for the 4 trackers. |
| Activities | The full master list of every activity ever logged (all 10 types, including LinkedIn and notes). Browse and filter by anything. |
| CRM Dashboard | The top-level CRM landing page. Quick stats across CRM as a whole, not sales-specific. |
| CRM & Reports | The Sales Performance section in Reports - the same metrics with deeper time controls, charts, and CSV export. |
| Individual trackers | The detail view for one activity type - full lists, filters, per-row actions. |
Use this dashboard for glance + jump. Use the individual trackers for work. Use Reports for deep analysis.
Isolated CRM mode
When viewing the dashboard in a project's Isolated CRM:
- All metrics are scoped to that project's activities only
- The most-active-contacts list shows only the project's contacts
- If auto-sync is enabled, shared activities linked to the project are merged into the calculations
Common questions
"I want to know how I'm doing this month."
Open the Sales Activity Dashboard, set the time range to Last 30 Days, and look at the five headline metrics. The rate subtitles tell you whether your conversion is healthy.
"I want to compare this week to last quarter."
Set the time range to Last 7 Days and note the metrics. Switch to Last 90 Days and compare. Higher recent rates mean your latest tactics are working.
"I want to find which contact I'm investing the most time in."
Look at the Most Active Contacts leaderboard. Click the top contact to review their pipeline status and decide whether your investment is paying off.
"I want deeper analytics with charts and export."
The Sales Activity Dashboard gives you the headline view. For deeper analysis with time-series charts, historical comparisons, and CSV export, open CRM & Reports - the Sales Performance section has everything you need.
"I just want to check one metric - do I need to open this page?"
You can also find call, email, meeting, and proposal metrics on the CRM Dashboard (which shows broader CRM stats) or jump directly to any individual tracker from the command palette. This page is most useful when you want all five sales metrics in one place.
