CRM Analytics Report
Relationship intelligence - contacts by source, companies by industry, activity trend, and month-over-month comparison.
The CRM Analytics tab in Reports is where you step back from day-to-day outreach and read the shape of your relationships. How many contacts have you added in this period. Where are they coming from. Which industries make up your company list. How does your activity this month compare to last month. Are your interactions trending up or flat.
For sales-specific reporting - calls, emails, meetings, demos, proposals - see Sales Performance Report.
For the Reports page overall, see Reports Overview.
CRM Analytics requires Pro with CRM enabled
The CRM Analytics tab appears only when PrimeCRM is enabled for the active Space. See CRM Settings and License Settings.

What the CRM Analytics tab shows
CRM totals
Three headline numbers for the selected filters:
- Total contacts
- Total companies
- Total activities
Contacts by source
A breakdown of contacts by where they came from - referral, website, LinkedIn, manual entry, and any other source you have on record. Use this to see which channels actually produce relationships.
For how to set a contact's source and manage sources, see Contacts.
Set sources consistently, then read the chart
The Contacts-by-Source chart is only useful if your contacts actually have a source set. A quick bulk-edit pass on your existing contacts pays off for every review from then on.
Companies by industry
A breakdown of companies by industry, showing the top industries at a glance. Use this to see where your client base is concentrated.
For how to manage industries on a company, see Companies.
Activity trend
A chart of daily activities over the last two weeks, so you can see whether your outreach is picking up, steady, or falling off.
This month vs last month
Activities this calendar month compared to last calendar month, with the percentage change. A quick read on whether the month is on pace.
For how activities are logged and what types are supported, see Activities.
Filters that matter here
The filter suite at the top of the Reports page controls what you see:
- Time range - filters contacts, companies, and activities by when they were created
- CRM category toggles - Contacts, Companies, Activities
- The month-over-month comparison always reflects calendar months, regardless of the time range
See Reports Filters and Export for the full filter suite.
Export the CRM Analytics tab
Use Export at the top of the page while the CRM Analytics tab is open, then pick CSV or PDF. Both include the totals, the source and industry breakdowns, and the activity trend. The PDF lays the figures out with clean headings, tables, and page numbers, and picks up your date and time settings from Settings. See Reports Filters and Export for what each export contains.
Things worth knowing
"This month" is calendar month
The month-over-month comparison uses actual calendar months, so it ignores the selected time range. This is intentional - a calendar-month comparison is the one number you want stable.
Contacts and companies are counted by creation date
A contact or company counts toward the period if it was created in the selected range. Turn off the category toggle if you want to exclude it.
Unknown values group as "other"
Contacts without a source are grouped under other. Same for companies without an industry. Setting sources and industries consistently makes these charts far more useful.
Month-over-month ignores your time range
The "this month vs last month" comparison always uses calendar months. The rest of the tab respects your time range, but this comparison is kept stable on purpose.

Common questions
"Why don't I see CRM Analytics?"
The tab appears only when PrimeCRM is enabled for the active Space, and CRM requires Pro. See CRM Settings and License Settings.
"Why are so many contacts in 'other'?"
Those contacts don't have a source set. Update their source on the contact to have them counted under a specific channel.
"Why does this-month vs last-month differ from my time-range totals?"
The month-over-month numbers always use calendar months so they stay comparable. The time range filter controls the rest of the tab, including the two-week activity trend, but not the month comparison.
"Where do calls, emails, and meetings appear?"
Those metrics live on the Sales Performance Report tab.
"Can I see the individual activities?"
Yes. Open Activities to see, filter, and edit the activity list.
