Widgets Overview
A quick reference catalogue of every Dashboard widget - stat cards, task widgets, project widgets, focus widgets, capture widgets, and integration widgets - with one-line descriptions and direct links to each widget's full article.
This article is a quick scan reference for every widget the Dashboard offers. Each widget has its own dedicated article - use this page to find the right one fast.

Widgets are Dashboard building blocks
Use this page to decide which widget article to open, then use Dashboard Layout to show, hide, or reorder widgets.

PrimeTask has 4 stat cards (always shown) plus 11 widgets (customisable). All work on Standard and Pro.
Start with daily widgets
Keep high-use widgets visible and hide the ones that only matter occasionally.

Conditional widgets
Some widgets are conditionally hidden even if you've marked them visible in the layout:
Conditional widgets depend on their feature
If a widget is enabled in the layout but missing from the Dashboard, check the related feature setup.
- Reminders - requires macOS, Apple Reminders integration enabled, and the integration's target Space matching your active Space (or no target set). See Reminders Widget and Integrations Settings.
- Quick Actions (CRM actions) - three of the six actions (Add Contact, Add Company, Log Activity) are filtered out for Standard tier users. See Quick Actions Widget.
Default presets per role
The Setup Wizard recommends a preset based on your role:

Choose a preset to get moving, then customise the Dashboard for the active Space.
